The Saturday Brunch

Family Promise of Genesee County will host a breakfast benefiting their Family Emergency Shelter programming. These programs focus on intense case management and help families working through a housing crisis, keeping them on track to rebuilding a better future. 

Attendees will enjoy light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, and juice.

Executive Director, Tiffany Ferrier-Wharry, said, “we are excited and humbled that our vision of a mobile housing crisis center came true. We are so grateful to be able to bring this to the community and share the impact of our programs.”

During the event, attendees can tour the first of its kind (in our area) -  FPGC Mobile Family Housing Crisis Unit, funded by a recently awarded grant. This mobile housing crisis unit is a multipurpose facility that moves quickly throughout the community, providing assistance where it is most needed.
